Returns
All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of the item. Only items received in brand new, factory sealed condition are eligible for refund. If a part is defective it must be returned to Cruiser Brothers for inspection. Cruiser Brothers will honor the manufacturer’s warranty on the item.

Requests for return must be made in writing, by emailing us at sales@cruiserbrothers.com. In your email, please include:

Exclusions
Several types of goods are non-returnable. Please refer to the Return Exclusions page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns.

Final Sale items
Unfortunately, any item marked final sale in its description at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Used Parts
Used parts are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the exact same item, send us an email at sales@cruiserbrothers.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Expedited shipping methods will not be used for product exchanges.
It is recommended that you send returns using a shipping service that offers tracking and purchasing adequate shipping insurance for the value of the shipment. Refunds cannot be offered for items that are lost or damaged by the shipping company. Always retain proof of shipping and insurance until you are satisfied with the resolution of your refund.
